Trinity Capital Advisors and DRA Advisors, the owners of the 400 South Tryon, are beginning a $1.9 million lobby renovation at the uptown office tower where they also recently opened a new 4,000 square-foot fitness center. With white polished stone, porcelain, and zebrawood  accented by backlit wall panels, LED lighting and unique furniture groupings with area rugs, the lobby and gathering areas will be a beautiful space “Our tenants and the public won’t recognize,” said Gary Chesson, founding partner at Trinity Capital Advisors.

Charlotte-based Studio Fusion is the architect for the lobby renovation project. The office building contains 8,000 square feet of retail space and is located at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Church Street, facing Romare Bearden Park.  Trinity and DRA Advisors are launching an effort to market the vacant retail space by hiring Commercial Real estate broker Adam Williams of Legacy. Contact Adam at 1-704-373-1800 or awilliams@legacycre.com for more information.
