Food and Wine lists Bill Grene’s Charlotte venue in “The Most Anticipated Spring Restaurant Openings of 2019”

Peppervine is the new concept from Banner Elk’s award winning restaurant Artisanal owners Anita and Bill Greene.  Bill is  the executive chef and has garnered many awards through the years including  StarChefs’ Rising Star Chef, OpenTables Top 100 Chefs and Andrew Harper’s Restaurant of the Year.

The 7800 SF space at Piedmont Town Center in SouthPark, previously occupied by AZN Azian Cuizine, is being built to the Greene’s vision for an upscale, but approachable dining environment.

David Tschirhart and Adam Williams, who specialize in restaurant site selection for Legacy represented Peppervine in the lease negotiations with Lincoln Harris.   We at Legacy are excited for the March Opening of what is sure to be a centerpiece of the Charlotte culinary scene. Our congratulations and best wishes go out to Anita and Bill Greene. Welcome to Charlotte!
