Fresh Chef Kitchen finds new home in Cotswold

Legacy Congratulates Fresh Chef Kitchen, which has secured a 10 year lease in the Providence Plaza at the former home to Block & Grinder.  The 2,600-square-foot restaurant is on target to open the week of July 24, says Mel Funk, co-owner of Fresh Chef Kitchen.  “I think the people of this area were looking for something fresh and upscale….It’s really good, fresh food that’s flavorful. It’s fresh. It’s clean, but its bold,” says Funk.

“We’re going to grow as fast as we can grow without compromising our quality and standards,”. Fresh Chef is searching for additional sites in the Charlotte market, including possible venues in Denver, Mint Hill and Matthews are in consideration, Funk says.

The Cotswold Fresh Chef restaurant is open for lunch and dinner an offers an option to order online with curbside pick up.
