Pieology known as the “Chiplolte of Pizza Chains” has leased a space at the Epicenter in Charlotte. Real estate brokers Adam Williams of Legacy representing the EpiCentre and Matt Funderburk of OnSite RE representing Pieology brokered the deal. Pieology will be in the space currently occupied by the AT&T store on the 2nd floor of the EpiCentre right at the top of the escalators. Pieology currently has over 80 locations and was just ranked by Technomic as 2015’s #1 fastest growing quick service restaurant in the US.
Pizza lovers will enjoy customizing their pizzas with over 40 toppings (meats, cheeses, veggies, herbs, spices, etc). The personalized pie is then stone oven fired for 3 minutes. Once out of the oven, you they can add a “Flavor Blast” of sauce (buffalos, pesto, BBQ, etc). The possibilities result in 13 trillion possible pizza combinations, literally.
