David Tschirhart Brings Scout & Molly’s to Charlotte
Scout & Molly’s Set to open in September
Looking for an upscale boutique that features over 150 high end designers? Legacy’s David Tschirhart who specializes in brokerage in the Restaurant and Retail sector, brokered this fashionable deal. David represented Mary Titgen and her husband Jay to open the first location in Charlotte. The couple has 30 plus locations currently in development. Scout and Molly’s is set to open in Charlotte this fall.
This upscale women’s boutique has narrowed in on the South Charlotte area, offering moderate to higher end-prices for women’s clothing, accessories and shoes in a 1,200-square feet retail space in the Waverly mixed-use development. Some of the brands they carry have been offered on the West Coast but not currently available in the Charlotte market including; AG Jeans, Bailey 44 and Black Orchid. They have over 40 locations throughout the country. Their first location opened in Raleigh in 2002, now they are set to make a fashionable impact in the Queen City.
