Rhino Market and Deli has successfully operated it location at 1500 West Morehead Street since 2014. They have signed a lease for their second Charlotte location at 400 So Tryon St. Legacy Real Estate Advisor’s Rodney Faulkner represented Rhino Market and Deli and Legacy’s Adam Williams represented the owners, DRA Advisors and Trinity Capital Advisors.
The 400 So Tryon has been undergoing major improvements,including a $2 million dollar lobby renovation and an eighth floor pre-built office suite. Also, the building’s 4,000-square-foot fitness center for tenants opened last fall. The 33-story building is 90% leased, with two full-floor availabilities on the eighth and ninth floors that total 37,656 square feet. Future plans call for approximately 8,000 square feet of retail.Owners DRA Advisors and Trinity Capital Advisors join a growing number of Third Ward buildings undergoing improvements.
