The Daily is set to open in the Fall, we finally have an all-American Tap Room and eatery coming to our area. Thanks to the deal brokered by Dave Tschirhart and Adam Williams who joined forces to make this connection a reality. Legacy’s Adam Williams and David Tschirhart were able to successfully develop the tenant and landlord relationship to achieve this unique concept, demonstrating the strength of Legacy than CRE team to find the right space at the right time for this perfect match. David Tschirhart represented the restaurant’s ownership group and Adam represented the Landlord.

The 5,100-square-foot establishment is located in the Fifth Third Center at 214 N. Church St.

So, what to expect if you need or want to grab a quick bite? To sum it up, it’s a fantastic elevation of American fare and creative bar food. With fare prices, a savvy wine menu, open tap, cozy interior, 900 square foot patio space, chef-driven menu includes but not limited to, your favorite throwback snacks from beef jerky to caramelized popcorn.
