The Charlotte market continues to remain strong for new development as Crescent Communities plans a mixed use development at the former Pfeiffer University, Park Road site. The company is also planning to develop Tryon Place, a mixed-use project anchored by an office tower, at the corner of Stonewall and South Tryon streets. Both projects will bring 1,200 apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail space to the Queen city. Construction is slated to begin at the Park Road site in July, the shops should be open and the first apartments available for lease by spring 2019.   Adam Williams with  Legacy Real Estate Advisor has been hired as leasing agent for the retail spaces in the development.
