Ever growing Queen City welcomes the long awaited Hotels above the EpiCentre. The 22-story tower will house two hotels with a combined 300 rooms and Nuvolé Rooftop TwentyTwo bar. The AC Hotels and the Residence Inn project led by McKibbon Hospitality and Charlotte’s Vision Ventures and GC Cleveland Construction reinvented the space after the 2008 downturn stalled the plan for a 52 story condominium project on the site.
