Waterbean Coffee Expanding in North Carolina

Waterbean Coffee has agreed to and signed a deal to open a second location in the NorthCross Shopping Center in Huntersville, NC. The vision of Waterbean is to create an atmosphere in which customers feel they can drop by and relax and grab a quick cup of coffee. You also can reserve space for a business meeting, or schedule events for people with like interests. Lee Jackson and Greg Godley, with Legacy, represented Waterbean Coffee and assisted them in locating 3,600 sqft of retail space at NorthCross Shopping Center located off Sam Furr road. This location is easily accessible from I-77. Waterbean Coffee plans to open this new location within the next 6 months.
Waterbean originated from a conversation between Tony Vo, owner, and his wife Annie while discussing how to find the perfect blend of coffee. Tony’s vision for his new business was to turn high quality beans delivered fresh from the roaster into an amazing coffee experience for his customers. The reason Waterbean isn’t your typically coffee house is due to the interest that Tony has in cars. Tony had the aspiration of being able to go and get a cup of coffee but also be able to speak and hang out with people that also enjoyed his interest in high end cars. Tony was unable to find coffee houses that shared this view. Waterbean Coffee’s original location is 19420 Jetton Rd, Cornelius, NC. The new location in the NorthCross Shopping Center allows for Tony to have more space for his car events which he plans to hold more often.
