Charlotte-based Studio Fusion is the architect for the lobby renovation project. The office building contains 8,000 square feet of retail space and is located at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Church Street, facing Romare Bearden Park.  Trinity and DRA Advisors are launching an effort to market the vacant retail space by hiring Commercial Real estate broker Adam Williams of Legacy. Contact Adam at 1-704-373-1800 or awilliams@legacycre.com for more information.

bottled & tapped Finds Home in Cornelius

IMG_0595bottled & tapped    Opens in Cornelius

We are Dan & Shelly, the owners of bottle & tapped. We moved to North Carolina from our
native state of Colorado with the dream of joining North Carolina’s growing beer culture.
Dan’s idea of owning his own Tap House & Brewery with Shelly’s desire to be near her family
made our decision to move here an easy one. Our first step will be bottled & tapped, a craft
beer bottle shop, in Cornelius. We will have 16 rotating beers on tap, a beer engine for cask
ales, 5 wines on tap, and a wine slushy machine. Our retail will carry craft bottle, cans and
wine. We have partnered with Twenty Degree Chocolates in Charlotte, and will have them
available for pairing.

We definitely want to support the local breweries, so you will find North Carolina beers on tap
and on our shelves. We want to pay homage to our native state so Colorado beers will be a
big part of what we carry. American made craft beers will be the majority of our stock. With
so many great breweries we want to concentrate on helping them get out in front of the
public.

A big part of bottle and tapped will be giving back to our community. We will select two charities a month and for every beer on tap sold we will give twenty five cents. As the
customer you decide which charity your quarter goes to. We will have a charity wall with info
and a place to watch the quarters accumulate.

If you are a charity or know of one, visit our
Facebook page or website and contact us.
We hope to have bottled & tapped open by August 2015. Be on the watch for our brewery,
WildWaters Brewing Company coming in 2016.
