From Legacy Partner Adam Williams: The Avenues of Atherton, formerly The Pavilion, has announced their first round of Tenants. Snooze an A.M. Eatery, Silverlake Ramen, RockBox Fitness, and Polished Nail Bar are set to open in late 2019 or early 2020. Special thanks to Andy Misiaveg, Jonathan Britt, Greg McIntosh, Will Robertson, Josh Beaver, and Aditya Ramnath for their hard work in getting these deals done! The Avenues of Atherton is a 30,000 square foot redevelopment located on South Boulevard across the street from Atherton Mill. We’re roughly 50% occupied.
