Andrew Blumenthal is a commercial real estate broker at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, working with clients across the Charlotte region.

A Charlotte native, Andrew brings a deep understanding of the city’s growth, submarkets, and evolving development patterns. He focuses on identifying opportunities along key transportation corridors and emerging urban areas, helping clients make strategic decisions around commercial real estate investments and development.

Andrew is actively involved in local development initiatives and has extensive experience working with the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, giving him valuable insight into zoning, planning, and long-term growth trends.

In addition to his brokerage work, Andrew serves as Chair of the Zoning Committee for Charlotte and Mecklenburg County and is a member of the Board of Directors for Charlotte Ballet.
