Amy brings a strong background in relationship-driven dealmaking, supported by her experience working closely with municipalities and economic development groups across the Carolinas. She also played a key role in one of the region’s largest office transactions—a 64,000 SF lease at Three Resource Square in University Research Park.

Before joining Legacy, Amy worked in consulting and business development within the construction industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client strategy, project execution, and market growth.
