The Hyperion Group plans to start a three-story residential-commercial building first in its MercuryNoda project at North Davidson and East 36th streets. Completion would take 10 to 12 months. It will have 28 condos in a three-story structure with 16,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. Spaces range from 800 to 11,000 sf and Lease Rates from $14.00 psf.
The first building would be part of a $40 million, block-long development that will include rejuvenation of the landmark Neighborhood Theatre. The project was designed to blend with NoDa's mill architecture on a North Charlotte corner once known as the city's second square.
