Rodney Faulkner

Rodney Faulkner, Broker, is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. Since joining Legacy Real Estate Advisors in 2007, he has expanded his practice from Tenant Representation to Landlord Representation for retail, office, industrial and special use property and has an extensive network in the business community which has allowed his business to flourish. Rodney is well known in the community and some political circles for completing transactions that have helped the City of Charlotte's initiative to promote economic development in urban neighborhoods. Rodney currently serves on the City Council appointed Privatization/Competition Advisory Committee where is Chair of the Real Estate Sub-Committee. Rodney is a member of the Central Church of God and is an active parent at Myers Park Traditional School. He and his beautiful wife of 10 years have a 7 year old daughter.
