Jay C. Snover, Partner is one of the founders of Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Jay has nearly 25 years experiance in Charlotte area leasing and sales and specializes in helping owners and landlords find new ways to maximize their investment. Jay is the former Director of Leasing and Management for Harris Associates in Davidson, NC and has a long history assisting in revitalization projects in the Charlotte area market. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Wake Forest University where he met and married his wife Beth. They have been married 25 years and have four children.
