David G. Morris
Partner
David G. Morris is a founding Partner and Principal of Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC. David specializes in dispositions and acquisitions of investment property for corporate and individual clients, as well as retail and office leasing at client portfolio properties. He has been a real estate broker in Charlotte for over eight years and has gained a broad understanding of real estate markets along with significant experience in areas of transactions, financial analysis, negotiations, property management, development and financing. Prior to founding Legacy, David spent almost seven years at Philpott, Ball & Werner, a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, where he achieved the position of Vice President. While originally from Memphis, David has spent the past 29 years in Charlotte. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1996 with a BSBA in Finance, where he earned the Walker College of Business’ Outstanding Student in Finance Award for graduating with the highest GPA in his major. When David is not working, he and his wife Kristin devote time to playing with their daughter Hayes and springer spaniel Lucy. David also enjoys engaging in any rigorous physical activity including CrossFit, mountain biking and snow skiing.
